Liability Waiver

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in the Aircraft Painters Association (APA) certification training program involves physical labor including but not limited to standing for extended periods, working at heights, handling chemical solvents and paints, and operating spray equipment. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in this program.

I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Aircraft Painters Association, its instructors, staff, partners, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained during training activities.

I understand that APA maintains safety protocols and provides required personal protective equipment (PPE). I agree to follow all safety guidelines and instructor directions at all times during the program.
